What personal information do you process?

We process name, company name, and email address to generate and deliver the purchased license key, provide support, and fulfill our legal obligations.
The name and company name provided during purchase are included in an encrypted license key, which is used to activate our software on your computer.

Do you retain my personal information?

We retain non-sensitive personal information such as your name, company name, email address and license key for as long as necessary to provide support and fulfill our contractual obligations (e.g., re-sending your license key if lost).
If you no longer wish for your information to be retained, please contact us, and we will delete it promptly, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How do you process my information?

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process your information only when required by law, to fulfill a contract, or with your consent.

When you purchase a license for our software, we use full name and company name specified during purchase to generate license key and deliver it to your email address. This information is used solely for fulfilling your purchase, creating your license, and providing support (e.g., in case you lose your license key).

Once you activate the license on your computer, the license key is stored in an encrypted file on your device. Your full name and company name are displayed in the About window of the application for your reference.

We retain the information (name, company name, email, and license key) securely in our records to facilitate support services, such as re-issuing a lost license key. This information is never shared with third parties unless required to provide support or as required by law.

Do you receive any information from third parties?

We may receive non-sensitive information from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
We have access to non-sensitive information from hosting service provider HTTP logs, which may include details such as request time, IP address, HTTP request URL, and browser user-agent string.
We have access to non-sensitive information about purchase from authorized reseller such as: date of purchase, IP address, customer/purchaser name, company name, customer/purchaser email address, price, currency, country, address, phone, reason for return.

Do you process any sensitive personal information?

We do not process any sensitive personal information (such as health data or financial data). Any sensitive information you provide during payment (e.g., credit card details) is processed by the authorized reseller and is not shared with us.

In what situations and with which types of parties do you share personal information?

We may share your non-sensitive personal information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so, such as with trusted service providers who help us deliver our services (e.g., email service providers).
