To display settings dialog click "Tools -> Settings" menu command.
- "Hide splash window on VSPE startup": do not display splash window on VSPE startup.
- "Minimize on startup": Minimize VSPE application when it starts. Can be combined with "Hide on minimize" option.
- "Hide on minimize": When minimized, VSPE application will be hidden. It can be restored by clicking on VSPE tray icon.
- "Display popup messages in system tray": displays certain VSPE messages (such as "Application was minimized") in Windows system tray.
- "Ask for saving configuration when closing the application": If VSPE configuration was modified, ask for confirmation on close or loading new config file. If configuration is not saved, it will be lost after Windows reboot.
- "Ask for confirmation on close": Ask for confirmation when VSPE application is being closed and there are devices which will keep running in background.
- "Delete all devices on close": When VSPE application is being closed, try to delete all devices.
- "Show experimental devices": show all VSPE devices when creating new device (experimental and rarely used devices). Keep it disabled unless absolutely required.
- "Autostart enabled": if enabled and autostart config exists (see File menu), it will be loaded on VSPE service startup.
- "Handling Windows power events": if enabled, VSPE will handle Windows Power events:
- Suspend event is emitted on: System Shutdown (when Windows Fast Startup enabled), Sleep and Hibernate. In this case emulation will be stopped.
- Resume event is emitted on: System Startup (when Windows Fast Startup enabled), Wake up from Sleep, Wake up from Hibernate. In this case emulation will be started.
