Override virtual port timeouts

For experienced users only!

When timeouts for virtual port are overridden, set timeout requests will be ignored.

This may be useful when 3rd party application serial timeouts need to be modified but the application does not provide interface for it.

Example: if application has ReadTotalTimeout set to 100ms but the data is transferred over network, additional delays may be introduced and the application may fail to read data. Overriding timeouts may help to mitigate the problem.
